The Exercise Coach®, a hi-tech fitness and health studio, is adding a part-time Health Coach/Personal Trainer for the Montgomery, NJ studio.
Fitness experience is required and a ** training and certification will be also be provided. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, enjoys one-on-one conversation and relationships, and is passionate about good health. This is a growing studio and we are looking for an additional part-time coach with targeted hours Monday through Friday morning, afternoon, and evenings and some Saturday hours may be available.

The Exercise Coach® – Montgomery, NJ
The Exercise Coach® specializes in one-on-one and small-group personal training using innovative, high-tech, and proprietary equipment. We specialize in overall strength training. Our clients achieve meaningful, quantitative results that matter to overall health with no more than two, 20-minute workouts per week.
We are the ideal fitness solution for those who are busy, those who don’t like the gym scene, those who are not exercise enthusiasts, those who are afraid of getting hurt, or those who have previous injuries.
Coach Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform Fitness Evaluations
- Coach clients
- Demonstrate Proper Exercise Instruction
- Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education
- Track Client Progress
- Lead Follow Up
- Facilitate Consultations
**All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies. **
Qualifications:
- Passion for Health & Fitness: This is where it all begins!
- Good Communication Skills: You must be comfortable conversing in-person and on the phone, know how to conduct yourself professionally, and deliver clear instructions to the clients.
- People skills and personality: You must LOVE working with people! This is an exciting studio and you must be able to show your clients energy and excitement while working with them.
Job Type:
- Part-time – 15 to 30 hours to start

- Associate/Bachelor Degree (Preferred)
- Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy (Plus)
- AED/CPR Certification (Required)
Experience:
- Customer Service experience (Plus)

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
