Position Overview: We believe that anyone with the right passion and commitment can become an outstanding Exercise Coach. You don’t need a fitness background to succeed here. We offer comprehensive training that will equip you with the skills to guide clients towards their health and strength goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and Guide: Inspire and support clients on their fitness journeys, helping them build strength and improve overall health.
- Personalize Plans: Use our state-of-the-art technology to create and adjust exercise plans tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.
- Track Progress: Monitor clients’ progress and make necessary adjustments to their programs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Educate and Empower: Provide clients with knowledge about the benefits of regular exercise and how it enhances their quality of life.

Schedule & Compensation:
- Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience.
- Hours: Flexibility required with shifts available from 6 am-8pm, Monday through Friday, and rotating Saturdays from 6 am-2pm.
- Locations: We are hiring for our Alpharetta, GA, and Peachtree Corners, GA locations.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

We offer clients what would be more accurately described as clinical exercise, rather than the latest fitness craze in a crowded, intimidating environment. The Exercise Coach® is dedicated to helping women and men of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals through customized physical conditioning programs and the use of our proprietary technology. We pride ourselves on the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of The Exercise Coach® where coaches are an essential piece.
