The Exercise Coach in Dedham, MA is looking for a full-time Health and Fitness Coach to deliver one-on-one and small group (2-4 clients) exercise training to clients of all age groups and abilities. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, energetic and passionate about good health, willing to learn and motivated to grow with the business.
We understand that everyone knows they should exercise, and everyone wants to be fit and healthy. But, that is easier said than done given busy schedules, and in some cases somewhat beat-up bodies. Thousands of people every day enjoy the best possible workout for them at our 180 nationwide studios. The Exercise Coach® brand was built upon the belief that staying strong and healthy shouldn’t feel like a hassle!
The Role of a Certified Exercise Coach:
As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver One-on-One and Small Group (2-4 clients) exercise instruction to clients of all age groups and abilities. The day-to-day work will never get boring with plenty of activity and variety! Some of the things you would do in a regular week might look like this:
Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions
Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
Scheduling appointments and managing accounts for existing clients
Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions
Conducting initial consultations
Measure success by tracking studio metrics
Keeping the studio up to our high standards of cleanliness

If you would like to inspire and empower people to enjoy the strength, we’d love for you to consider joining our team! We are looking for coaches with flexible availability, but must be available at least two Saturday mornings (8am-2pm) per month, and some early mornings starting at 6am.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
