About the Role:
As the Lead Follow-Up Specialist at The Exercise Coach, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients and guiding them on their fitness journey. Join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming lives through personalized exercise coaching in a supportive environment at three exercise studio locations: Pearland, Friendswood and League City.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads through phone calls, texts, emails, and follow-up messages to nurture relationships.
- Track and manage lead interactions using CRM software to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the coaching team to understand client needs and tailor communication strategies.
- Schedule free initial consultations for potential clients to experience The Exercise Coach program.
- Develop and implement follow-up strategies to convert leads into loyal clients.
- Monitor lead conversion metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain an upbeat and positive demeanor to inspire and motivate potential clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on relationship building.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Compensation: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
