What You’ll Do

As a Certified Exercise Coach, you’ll lead one-on-one and small-group strength training sessions for clients of all ages and fitness levels. You’ll build meaningful relationships and help clients recognize—and celebrate—their progress.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcome and connect: Conduct initial consultations, learn about clients’ goals, and introduce them to The Exercise Coach experience.
Coach with confidence: Guide clients through personalized workouts with clear instruction, encouragement, and attention to proper technique.
Celebrate progress: Track results, educate clients, and help them stay motivated.
Help our studio grow: Explain membership and session-package options and help prospective clients choose the right fit.
Support studio success: Track key studio metrics and contribute to a welcoming, professional environment.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
